Shipping Guide
Follow these steps to pack and ship your supplies safely. Free prepaid label, tracking, and insurance are included on every shipment.
Print Your Shipping Label
Download the prepaid shipping label from your quote confirmation email or the confirmation page. Print it on standard letter-size paper.
Choose the Right Box
Use a sturdy corrugated box. A standard 12×10×6 inch box works for most shipments. Avoid reusing damaged boxes.
Pack Securely
Place supplies in the center of the box. Fill empty space with packing paper, bubble wrap, or clean newspaper to prevent shifting. Do not use packing peanuts.
Include Your Packing Slip
Print the packing slip from your confirmation email and place it inside the box. This contains your quote ID and helps us match your package to your quote.
Seal and Label
Seal the box with packing tape (not duct tape or masking tape). Affix the prepaid shipping label flat on the top of the box. Remove or cover any old labels.
Drop Off
Bring your package to any USPS or UPS location. You can also schedule a carrier pickup from your address.
What to Include in Your Box
- Your diabetic supplies (as listed in your quote)
- Printed packing slip with your quote ID
- Sufficient cushioning material to prevent shifting
Do not include: personal notes, additional items not in your quote, or any medications.
